so i'm right now currently working on a flip cam web edit (part one of what is tentatively called 'flipclips') and i've run into a few problems... one of them being final cut not getting along with flipcams native format, h.264. so after hours of trying different conversions, I came to one final result- using this free software- squared 5 to convert the h.264 file into a quicktime contained jpeg animation format. it works very decently. I don't want to get too in depth but if you care, I spent a little bit of time listening to this guys workflow. It makes sense but don't feel pressured to stick to it verbatim. I chose not to. But it helps. On that note, the first flipclip edit will be online by friday.
